Very disappointed with product and after sales

This Samsung R1 broke down (froze completely)within 7 weeks of purchase. The company I bought the item from through Amazon refused to accept a return and I had to contact Samsung to get it repaired. They don't do this themselves but outsource it to Repairtech. On the basis of my experience, pay extra at the Post Office and get the delivery signed for. The player worked for 3 months after the repair but has now broken down again. Samsung will only replace after the third breakdown or if it takes longer than 28 days for them to repair it, so be aware of this if buying one of their products, as you may not have the use of it for some time. It seems to be essential to keep following up all the time as they have lost emails and records of telephone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT.
