4.0 out of 5 stars Missing G part
I would of gave it 5 starts but the "G" part was missing and they were the bit that stops it from sliding :/

1.0 out of 5 stars Fell apart in 1 hour with 18KG bag.
This stand is attached in the middle by one 5 inch steel sleeve, this steel sleeve is too short, and is only lightly welded and completely useless for the dynamic pressure/torque a heavy strike will supply to it. RFE International who warranty all Golds Gym products are completely un-interested in helping and have kindly ordered me the wrong part to solve the problem...

RFE International who warranty all Golds Gym products are completely un-interested in helping and have kindly ordered me the wrong part to solve the problem. Avoid at all costs, unless u strike very, very lightly! Thankfully the seller I used was very helpful and offered free refund and was well aware of RFE's current lazy attitude to helping.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not up to the job!!, 12 Jun. 2011
This review is from: Golds Gym GG-E1000 Multi Pupose Boxing Stand with Speedball (Sports)
It simply is not manufactured to withstand the forces of a heavy bag swinging from side to side. Furthermore, the bag split after a week. The thin supports buckled and were rendered useless.

With the benefit of hindsight, I would have purchased a bracket that a punch bag could hang from.

A costly mistake to have purchased this product. Please do not buy this product.
