First time of discovering Matthew Halsall. Excellent recording. Will return for other CDs of his. A true jazz talent.

Many more will be familiar with Chris Botti than Matthew Halsall and because Chris's trumpet is very accessible and wonderfully 'easy listening'. Halsall plays a harder edged jazz than Botti's 'smooth' variety but life's moods should be able to support both these very talented musicians - my CD collection certainly can.

I only discovered Matthew Halsall at this year's Big Chill Festival, but I experienced my first "Big Chill Moment" listening to his live set. This, along with his more recent album "On The Go" is a wonderful mix of up and down tempo jazz for chilling out to.

Fab disc. Discovered Matthew Halsall by accident and now hooked on his sound and choice of disc programme. Will certainly be buying more of his CDs.

I hadn't heard of Matthew Halsall until this arrived as a gift but I'll certainly be looking at more by him now.
Beautiful compositions and perfect music for unwinding to or lazy afternoons by an open fire with your favourite tipple.
