It has removable pads on the inside to change the fit on your head. You also get different thickness pads to add extra cushion in certain areas or just a more snug fit. You get a cool giro sticker to put on the helmet to start off your customization. The chin strap is a little tricky to adjust but is super comfy. You can stick in small headphones under the earpads when you take out the foam disc which is pretty awesome. If you want to wear a beanie inside and/or goggles inside you can just remove the inner pads to fit it in. The cyan seventhirty print is amazing if your not sure you're going to put stickers on but even if you want to there's space and the pattern still looks cool. DON'T buy a plain colour helmet and then leave it plain, they're super shiny and you'll end up looking stupid. The matte black is a solution but c'mon black, it's a bit boring. If I could I would buy the giro g10 instead but for £30 you would have an impossible job to find a better lid.
