Am a Dr Who fan and was very disappointed after learning that there were alot of early Dr Who tv adventures that have been lost or destroyed.

However am overjoyed to know that Dr Who fans have taped or recorded the soundtrack and audio of such missing episodes.

These have been edited and restored as an audio play and I was pleasantly surprised to discover how much I could enjoy Dr Who on audio instead of on Video/dvd.

This particular adventure is an old adventure from the William Hartnell era and is about Dr Who and his companions landing on an immense spaceship carrying humans, animals and plants from a dying planet earth to a distant planet.

One of the Doctor's companions infects the ship's crew with a flu like virus and the Doctor and his companions are arrested and charged for terrorism. The sentence is death and the Doctor has to find a way to convince the crew that the infection was not passed deliberately and to concoct a vaccine that would restore the health of the ship's crew.

The Doctor ultimately finds himself in the middle of a conspiracy to destroy the whole ship and its crew.

I found this vintage Dr Who collectible to be quite entertaining!
