Fantastic product. Previously had a hand-held model which was disappointing but the power behind this combined with results is amazing. Quarry tiles sparkling, bedspreads brighter, carpets like new. What more can I say?

Well after seeing loads of Demos I thought ok let's buy and try .
It works great lots of steam did the kitchen bathroom
and lounge it did the job well . The only down side is the cable is too short
to get round with. It needs to be longer i had to keep unplugging it and moving it to another socket .

THE POLTI VAPORETT0 950 IS A VERY GOOD CLEANER IT DOE'S THE JOB THAT WAS MADE FOR,BUT THERE IS ONLY ON THING THAT LET'S IT DOWN IS THE WATER TANK IS NOT VERY BIG.

There is no doubt that the Polti 950 does a very good job at cleaning judging y how good the kitchen floor looks. But sadly the quality is lacking. I'm on my second 950 in two years the first one having to go back because the steam gun and the hose became unsafe to use.the replacement some 10 months on is doing exactly the same as the original and the steam gun has started leaking soon it will not be safe to use. I use the polti around 5 hours each week,surely it should be able to handle that amount of work apparently not I have had to tape up the hose where it split and tape up the hose where it connects with the cleaner. I shoulld contact ~Polti as its still in warranty but i don't really want another 950. I may have jut been unlucky both times. I reckon most white goods now are made in the same place in China and a name is stamped on them. They all suffer from the same thing poor quality not meant to last

Really pleased with this. It's not too big, moves about easily, has adequate steaming time for a machine this size and the results on the carpets were really good.You had to jump about a bit on the instructions supplied as there were lots of languages and only a couple of diagrams, but if you go onto the Polti website, you can download a much clearer version for free. Good product.

compared to the new steam and floor cleaners it's a bit awkward and cumbersome..... but still does the job well
