Great Boots for riding in all weathers, I used them for distance riding in Poland in very wet weather. When first trying they were very snug fit, initially I put on with a very thin sock, they quickly moulded to the foot and then I used a thicker sock. The rear zip is great, it was tight at first but is now a real smooth zip. Do remeber the zip is full length so I would not use them as a wading boot in deep water but very adequate in puddles etc without giving a soggy foot The tall boot gives great leg support especiall when riding for riding 4 hours plus at a stretch. They were elegant enough for fellow riders to compliment on stle and were togh enough when horse stamped on my foot with a steel shoe they did not cut or rupture. Fanatastic value @ £65 as a multi role riding boot. Toggi Calgary Tall Boots

I have had a pair of these boots for nearly two years now and have lived them - mostly hacking out / light work around my home in Wales. They are ever so comfortable and feel secure in the stirrup. They never leaked despite some pretty deep puddles at times. I am disappointed to say though that the zip on one of them has now broken - I would have expected a longer life from them - the rest of the boot is still fine so disappointing to have to get rid of them because of a zip.

I have just bought a pair of these in my local shop - I chose them over a pair of Mountain Horse High Rider II, which looked nice but were simply too big for me - they were too high and also too wide around the calf, despite being a Regular fit. Im not a big girl - Im a size 10-12, height 5 ft 6 so Im glad I didnt order them over the internet only to have to return them

Instead I tried on the Toggi which were half the price and they were a brilliant fit straightaway.Snug around the calf but not too tight and they have a velcro strip round the back so you can adjust them to your own calf shape.

They feel simply lovely - and Ill start wearing these instead of the rubber boots I usually borrow down my local ridingschool.

Looking forward to getting lots of wear out of these.

I wear them with normal regular socks and they fit fine, neither too snug on the foot nor too big. Great choice and good value for money I think. Ill post another review after a month to let you know how I get on. PS I bought these in the black not brown so cant comment on the brown but the black are great!

Lovely boots, great quality - comfy - easy to ride in - look good.

I'm very happy with my boots and wear them from morning to night most days! I have found than the calf is quite small - I'm a size 10 so don't have particularly big calves and struggle to zip them all the way up. They are getting looser - but I still can't wear them with anything other than jodhpurs or leggings. I'm hoping they'll loosen up enough to wear with jeans by the winter! As I mainly wear them for riding this is not really an issue for me, but is something other buyers should be aware of.

Other than that, excellent boots and would highly recommend!

I have loved these boots however the zip on one has completely broken and have only owned them for about 18 months.

I loved these boots, had them just over a year and the zip has broken, found out how much to repair and its cheaper to replace the boots, such a shame because I lived and died in them they were so comfortable. But don't buy them thinking they will last a good few years because the zip just isn't up to it!

Really pleased with the order and the speed with which it arrived. The fit around the ankle is very snug which fine with jodhpurs or jogging but not ordinary jeans. A shoe horn might be needed for the first couple of weeks until the leather has given a little. Overall I am pleased with these boots.

Love these boots, very sturdy and strong, they fit beautifully and the zip so far has held very well. They are waterproof and quite warm

I bought a pair of calgary boots two years ago & initially I hated them! They felt very stiff & clumpy so I didnt wear them much. My opinion has now changed since a recent bad spell of weather - nearly 8 inches of snow & minus 15 degrees. My feet were freezing in my old hunter wellies so I got out the calgary`s & wow! No cold feet except for one day whilst standing out feeding the horse but my feet were cold before putting the boots on. I wore them solidly for two weeks, feeding the horse outside, walking the dogs & generally using them as work boots - they havent leaked & have scrubbed up really well. I dont find the calf sizing too bad, maybe a little loose but I have been able to wear them with `skinny` jeans which is great. I was so impressed I have now bought the Toggi Canyon boots to give the Calgarys a break. One minor complaint is that the stitching holding one of the zips is fraying quite badly. All in all though I am very happy with them

Only a one as i can't give minus star.Toggi USED to be great quality boots. Now you would find better boots taped to the inside of a barbie doll box. Cheap and nasty quality for their price. Sh##e boots but absolutely no reflection on seller
