5.0 out of 5 stars Samsung Vacuum cleaner
I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace exactly the same model. It is light weignt and easy to handle with strong suction to collect the dust. Easy to empty and maintain.

1.0 out of 5 stars Avoid!!
We've had this vaccuum for about six months now and I cannot emphasize enough how bad it is.
I do not know whether it's a design fault, but this hoover constantly loses suction, you then have to remove the lid of the dust canister to manually remove lumps of dust that have accumulated right at the top behind the intake, thus reducing suction and preventing further...

I do not know whether it's a design fault, but this hoover constantly loses suction, you then have to remove the lid of the dust canister to manually remove lumps of dust that have accumulated right at the top behind the intake, thus reducing suction and preventing further pick-up. You have to do this about three times every five minutes (no, our house isn't that dusty!).
And in order to cover up the fact that it doesn't pick up the dirt properly, it makes a terrible racket.
Oh yes, I nearly forgot, the included mini-turbo for hoovering stairs also doesn't work properly, it won't spin, but that's probably down to the lack of suction power.
