I am an espresso or Americano man, no milk, no sugar and perhaps a glass of chilled water on the side to cleanse the palate before the next sip (something that I learned about when drinking Greek coffee many years ago).

This Grande Mild is a variation on the existing flavours, however, it is extremely refreshing to take first thing in the morning when I don't really need a caffeine fix as a shot, such as an espresso, but a diluted quantity in a smooth drink is so much better than the harsher Americano first thing. I think that these capsules are really good and I have found a further coffee that I enjoy using my Dolce Gusto machine.

As always with the majority of these products, a really nice drink, not quite up to Costa or a really nice Italian coffee shop, but at a little over 20p a shot and drank in my kitchen at just after 6:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, sheer bliss. :-)

This has become our first choice of coffee capsule for use in our Dolce Gusto machine. We have tried a fair few different varieties and found this to be the one for us because it is suitable for large cup servings and mild in flavour without losing the full coffee flavour. This is a one pod/ one drink variety unlike the milky ones that require two pods, so each box of 16 pods makes 16 drinks.

I had always had Americano in the past and was pleasantly surprised. The taste is not too mild nor too strong (which I don`t like).
Will certainly buy again, deserves 5 stars in my opinion.

I was in the middle of making my coffee when my baby woke up. Went up and changed him, and as I opened the bedroom door to come back down, the smell of the coffee hit me. It was so gorgeous and it made me think I had stepped into Café Nero.
I haven't had the chance to go to Café Nero since going on maternity leave as there's none locally. So to have that experience at home is wonderful.
With regards to the taste, I like my coffee mild and milky. Although this isn't too strong, I still added a shot of warmed milk and it was spot on for me.
I've never written a review in my life and I do a LOT of shopping online. But on this occasion I felt compelled to write a review.

Excellent coffee, these are my most bought dolce gusto capsules as they are my 'standard' morning coffee, so have one most days. Not too strong (but not mild either, I like to taste the coffee) and not smoky as I have found some of the other standard ones. You can add some milk if required to make white coffees too.

What can I say, I have several different flavours and visitors keep asking for this one or the Lungo, think it is because it is just right flavour not as strong as Lungo an anytime coffee you could say.

If like me you like a strong coffee in the mornings but an expresso is just a bit too much try this, you will not be disappointed, it tastes like a strong filter coffee.

This is the only type of coffe that we love, we've tried others but Crema grande is our favourite and friends love it.

This coffee is wonderful and has recently disappeared from our supermarket shelves. So good to be able to buy it again.

Ordered this based on the product heading as we like the slightly frothy Grande Crema coffees dolce gusto do. Even the box in the picture says "Grande", but if you look closely at the capsules in the same picture the do say "Grande crema".

Not sure if this is just the same thing but packaged slightly differently, but if you order Grande Crema from Dolce Gusto a own website they are cleafly labelled. In any case, could the product listing be adjusted to a avoid confusion?

** Edit ** After actually trying the Grande, it definitely isn't the same as the Grande Crema you can order from Dolce Gusto directly - its a stronger roast, and makes a bigger cup - excellent taste, but not the same thing (nice discovery though)
