After buying this for my Ben 10 mad son I am extremely unhappy with it. I have sent the item back for replacement twice because once loaded and played it makes an awful noise and you can't hear the songs at all. I have now been informed they will be taking it off sale and I will get a refund. Don't waste your money!

I bought this MP3 player for my nephew and it stopped working after adding just one song on to it. Overall the product is flimsy and overpriced considering the low quality of it. In the end I returned it and won't be purchasing a replacement.

I bought this for my 4 year old twins at Christmas but have only just got round to taking them out of the box. If you are looking for an all singing all dancing mp3 then this is definitely not it! Its cheap, flimsy, the battery only last a couple of hours before needing recharging, and its definitely not worth the money. However, if, like me, you have a young child who breaks things as soon as look at them then its ideal. Am glad I bought this now instead of the iPhone shuffle!! At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

I bought this for my 6 year olds birthday. I read the reviews, and was possibly tainted by them. So it took me a month to finally put songs on it. I downloaded two Kidz Bop Albums (20 and 19) from Amazon mp3 land. I"m enjoying them. If you are looking for an all singing all dancing mp3 then this is definitely not it! Its cheap, flimsy, the battery only last a couple of hours before needing recharging, For my child...It was so worth it. I was tempted to get the IPOD shuffle. I"m glad I didn't; this is perfect for now. If he shows me he can handle this....then when he turns 7, we will get it. Thanks

did not load properly on pc as it was faulty, earpiece is to big for small ears, has no clip to attach to childs clothing or belt, was not able to hear a single tune. had to return it, do not want a replacement.

I bought this for my son today, ( not from Amazon)This is a warning to anyone thinking about buying one... Please dont! Cheap, Awkward, Gimmiky, poor quality build and sound.
I only gave it one star because it said I had to vote.

I know it is a budget MP3 player but surely nowadays there is no excuse for this. It is exploitation of kids to get them to get their parents to buy it, just because its Ben 10.

You get what you pay for... In this case I think you actually get alot less.

bought this for my 7 year old son for xmas as he is a big Ben 10 fan - I'm surprised he hasn't had it on while sleeping as he's constantly been listening to it - instructions weren't too bad as we've had mp3 players before and if you know what your doing its easy to work and good value for the money

ben 10 mp3 player bought for grandson for christmas he is really happy as he told us it was what he wanted most .we were very pleased with product and delivery would recomend to others

bought this for my 7 year old grandson and hes over the moon with it, but i was disappointed with it not having a volume control or digital readout so u can see what song is playing. easy to load songs with drag and drop
