was a lot smaller than i expected, but when lit is really looks good. nice little ornament for a child's bedroom

This is a lovely little item. It is very small though and I was a little disappointed when it arrived. However, my 5 year old loves it and that's what counts.

I bought this as a stocking filler for my 4 years old son. He loves Wall-e. I thought it would be a little bigger but its still nice. I cant see an off switch/button so might go through the batteries, either that you will have to take out the batteries when you want it off. Its got on the packaging that its not a toy. Seems very sturdy and bounce proof to a certain degree.

I bought this for my daughtert to give to her friend (6 years old.) Very very very tiny...it is not a lamp at all more like a very small torch... had to go and get an additional pressie to go with it. okay as a small stocking filler for a HSM junkie but otherwise don't bother

this lamp is excellent for any budding star wars fan. it's compact but very gud quality....excellent all round and definitely worth the money.....apart from the fact there is absolutely no way to turn it off. once u pull the little plastic tab out from between the THREE watch batteries - that is it - it is on and it cannot be turned off without taking a screwdriver to it and removing the batteries!!! why i ask myself??!!! ok the manufacturers profess that it wont overheat but who wants a lamp that never turns off?? wot a stupid waste of batteries!! other than that - absolutely excellent gift for my 5 year old

This lamp(i use that word losely)is extremely small its about the size of my hand from wrist to top of index finger i was very dissapointed...in saying that its very cute and is a great little stocking filler im sure my 7 year old boy is going to love the fact that he can shake it and it turns on and changes colour etc if i had known wat size it was i may have still bought it although i probably would have spent more time thinkin about it due to the price..

I bought this for my four-year-old nephew as a birthday present (all the boys his age seem to be Ben 10 crazy at the moment!). I didn't realise quite how small it was going to be and I must admit I was slightly disappointed when I saw it. However, perhaps more important is my nephew's opinion- he loved it! Makes a nice little gift for a child who is into Ben 10 or one of the other characters available. It looks like you have to take the batteries out to turn it off though.

My 6 year old daughter just loves this little light.... as I expect most little girls would. When shaken it lights up and the glitter swirls around. It then gives a pleasant glow for a min or so before turning itself off. Quite surprisingly the batteries have lasted about a year, which I think is pretty good given its used every night (and probably plenty of other times that we don't know about).

Wouldn't suggest you buy this item, wish I'd read the other reviews before I wasted my money on one. Its very misleading and suggests you're getting a proper sized lamp but what you actually get is a tiny hand held one that doesn't even have an on/off switch. Really disappointing i'm sorry to say and absolutely no value for money.

My Godson loved this lamp at Christmas, but I was slightly suprised with how small it is even though it's great the way the colours change.
