This is a fantastic series (well actually there isnt a bad one). However, it is really made by the introduction of the Black Cat. When i watched that story arc for the first time, i was blown away by how good it was.

The series starts with Peter struggling to get over the loss of Mary Jane with some brilliantly crafted episodes featuring Robbie. I really think that in this animated series, Robbie is long suffering and it does not stop here.

The series keeps its foot down on the gas pedal as The Black Cat is introduced followed by the return of Morbius. Although for me, The Black Cat is the best introduction, she is not the only one nor the only revelation. We see the return of the Green Goblin in a new form as well as the introduction of the clone saga.

This series (like series 1 and 3), for me are better than anything that Heroes the tv show or anything like that ever produced. This is an adult drama that people never saw because it was a cartoon.

I urge you, if you just like good tele, amazing drama, and a little comedy thrown in for good measure: buy this!

this is probably my favorite season of fox spider-man. i've always been a sucker for the black cat & granted, they dumbed down the origin story, but they had to make it work for us kids when we first watched the show way back when. i'm so happy that this, along w/ x-men is making its rounds to dvd. it's been a long time coming!

Season 4 known as PARTNERS IN DANGER sees Spider-Man distraught after the tragedy that befalls Mary Jane Watson at the end of season 3, due to his battle with The Green Goblin. Alone and depressed, he finds comfort and an unlikely partner in the form of The Black Cat.

I love the way Felicia Hardy's character has developed over the seasons. In season 1, she started out as this spoiled rich brat that wanted everything her way but over the seasons she has matured, and in season 4 become a responsible woman ie The Black Cat. Her character has shown great growth over the series, and one of my favorite aspects of the 1995 Spider-Man show.

Good season. Look out for appearances from The Prowler and the return of The Punisher, Blade:The Vampire Hunter and Morbius!

This season sees Spidey go through the full range of emotions. It's a very good season with some excellent episodes like the birth of the Black Cat, Robertson's frame up & the fall of Harry into his father's legacy. However, there are a couple of episodes that I wasn't overly fond of like the Prowler & the Lizard's. For me it was always going to be tough to follow the 3rd season but this does an admirable job and keeps the series ticking over very nicely.
