Great Cooler for Overclockers/Enthusiasts
This is a great looking and affordable way to cool your ram. I have a 4Gb 2133mhz DDR3 set from Geil, which fine at around 1600Mhz, but once you increase the memory ratio, the surface temps on the heatsink were getting quite hot, so I thought I'd invest in one of these. And what a result, temps have dropped rapidly even on the 2Ghz OC. Maybe 30degrees on max load...

ok, but is noisy on full power
Looks pretty cool in the case, but unless you have a fan controller it can be very loud on full. In fact every fan related product i have bought from ocz has been pretty loud.

This is a great looking and affordable way to cool your ram. Pros: -Adjustable fan speed, up to 3000RPM! -Nice, bright LED lights. -Efeective Cooling Solution -Quiet when used with a fan controller. -Brushed metal finish is a very nice touch. Cons: -Quite tricky to fit, requires quite a lot of force to pull the clips apart. (But never feels like its going to break, full metal construction.) Overall, a brilliant product for any PC enthusiast!

Only if you really need it,

Not sure whether I really needed to cool my 12GB of DDR3 DRAM but I had the space so I went ahead and bought the cooler. Very quiet in operation when powered from the motherboard, it adds little to the overall case noise - but without any way of monitoring the RAM temperature, I have no idea as to it's effectiveness!

This is a great cooler it does a great job reducing the memory temps and was easy to install i didn't even need to look at the instructions, the 2 fans light up a nice UV ish blue adding to the image of my case, I haven't really noticed an increase in fan noise since adding this, overall this is a great buy for the price and looks good installed, well pleased with the result.
