These little pads do wonders in isolating your speakers from their resting surface,especially if you were to use speaker stands.I heard an immediate improvement in sound quality-and for this price it is silly not to try them.Excellent product and highly recommended!

I have some huge Wharfdale Xarus 5000 floorstanding speakers hooked up to a NAD C320BEE amp & NAD C521BEE cd player.
The Wharfdale Xarus 5000 speakers were sitting directly on my solid oak wooden floor and sounded very boomy and I couldnt go past 1/4 on my amp without it sounding way too bassy and unpleasant. on low levels it was ok and I could adjust the bass with the tone controls.

I read some of the other reviews on here for these siolation pads and thought its cheap enough to try out and I can always ditch them if they dont work out. They arrived very quickly (fantastic fast seller!) and have made a massive difference to my speakers and listening experience!!!

The sound is much sharper and cleaner in the bass department (and midrange)... I can now listen up at high volumes without that dreadful boomy muddy sound like before and am really enjoying my soundsystem and listening to all of my music again (which all sounds so different!). Also more importantly the missus who complained about the bass constantly and was asking me to always turn it down is happy!

If you have huge floorstanding speakers that are too boomy sitting directly on your wooden floor, this is a cheap solution... go for it :)

I can't help but feel the price is a little steep - but they've transformed my Gale speakers from average at best to great. The difference is tangible! Thus they merit 5*.

Whilst there are cheaper alternatives, including similar pads that come with most good quality or higher priced speakers these are a cut above the rest and in my opinion do a better job.

These gel pads just the job for my new Atacama Aurora stands which support B & W CM1 speakers for AV viewing.

Not only avoids sticky blue-tack, but provides a good support for monitor speakers.
Recommended to anyone that cherish their speakers and are looking for a good support.

I had these after buying new speakers and stands. I had always been a fan of using bluetak between the stands and the speakers, These just do the job very well and do improve the sound and isolation from vibrations, resonance through stands etc. The price in relation to a hifi system is quite small so well worth it.

Very good and great for the price. I have used the gels with my theatre speakers on the front stands and they are sounding better with the isolation. The speakers are Acoustic research and surprisingly with the gels you get a better spacial definition.

used to separate speakers from the speaker stands to reduce unwanted vibration and to maintain a cleaner sounding audio and well they do exactly that and work a treat. one side sticks directly to the speaker stand to keep their position and the other side as it states are gel to create a cushion layer for your speaker to sit on rather than directly on to a piece of metal which absorbs the vibration created by the speaker cabinet. so yes i would recommend these.

I think the title says it all. 4 tiny blobs on the corner of each top-plate renders the speakers a) more secure and b), as much as I'm not really convinced by much of the hi-fi nonsense oft spake, sounds a bit sharper to my ears.
