On the whole this is a very good disc; certainly for English speakers who want to hear an English speaking voice as well as a French one. This, as opposed to some awful American voice. My only complaint is that when it comes to the nouns there is no preceding article, so one doesn't know if a noun is masculine or feminine. One other point worthy of a mention is that the recording is plain and simple, with no attempt by the speaker to appear 'cool' and patronising (e.g. oh yes, we are really getting to grips with our French now aren't we...). This product is well worth the money.

Since leaving school I have not paid much attention to languages, until now.
This year I holidayed in Nice. I only knew a little French so thought it best to refresh my memory and pick up on some new phrases as I know the French aren't as willing to speak English as most other countries I have been too.
The Lounge Lizard French Vocabulary audio CD was a fantastic way to start/get back on the language path, much more interesting than your average language dictionary. It was easy to use and had fantastic results!

I recently went on a trip with my wife to Paris and wanted to learn some french to help out whilst there. I used this product and within a month i had learnt lots of helpful vocabulary and made my trip to Paris a lot more enjoyable and i noticed that the local people really appreciated it as well. Well worth the buy so thanks a lot.

These products were very helpful, Picked up the language easily enough and the layout of the programme is very easy to use.
