This running machine was excellent was going well for 8 months until a electrical problem occurred and unfortunately the manufacturer(Branx Fitness) was unable to get the parts to fix it because they changed their parts supplier.So Branx Fitness offered me a refund which was great,would recommend them to anyone.There dealing with this matter was very good had no headaches, the manager Peter Jones is friendly and was in regular contact with me to help solve matters quickly.Peters meeting me personally to give me the refund which is great service.To anyone buying a product from Branx Fitness be assured you will be looked after in a polite and personal way if any problems occurred.

I've been searching for a good treadmill for a while now and I have been delighted to find a product which is such excellent value for money.
The performance of this is excellent (once adjusted properly). There are loads of different pre-programmed settings for you which is excellent if you are inexperienced like me and would like to have a change from running at random speeds and inclines until you get tired. The assembly of it was very quick and easy. I love how it can fold up easily after use and the little things such has having a gas cylinder gives this product a premium feel to it. Another great feature about is product is that you can listen to all your favourite music, even when you aren't running, i.e. when you are doing another activity in the room because as long as the treadmill is switched on, you can play music through the speakers... However this brings me onto it's down sides because there are no buttons on the centre console to control the volume, tracks etc. so you'll have to do all that within your mp3 device. The speakers are good but the sound quality is not that good at higher volumes as it tends to crackle. The plastic used on the centre console also seems a bit cheap as it is hard and brittle.
Overall I think this is an excellent product, well worth the money so it is worth inventing in one if you wish to exercise in the comfort of your own home.

I've had this treadmill for 3 months now and must say that it offers very good performance. Assembly is quick & the functions are easy to use. The running deck is spacious and the mp3 socket/speakers makes your workout more enjoyable. To top it off, the treadmill is also very stylish looking. I would definately recommend this product to others.

Currently having a problem with the running belt, which seems to have worn out rather quickly. Sent an email to Branx and they say they'll replace it for me! From this, after-sales service seems quite good. Hopefully I'll get to the bottom of this soon.

Have been using the machine for a few weeks and its working fine. Initial problems with ill alignment of holes when putting together apart its sturdy enough. for the taller running the display is at the wrong angle to see properly and the software is basic.
Given the waranty and the first class communication and help from Branx its a worthwhile buy if your a person who just runs his own routine.

Only had Treadmill for one month and so far very pleased with quality and performance.My wife is the main user and she thinks it rocks. Would definately recommend this product.

The first machine delivered developed problems. On reporting these, the vendor produced a superb aftersales personal service. New machine; improved handbook; good treadmill.

I bought this treadmill for my wife who has used various other makes and models and she is over the moon with it.
Initial delivery problems were quickly dealt with by Peter Jones.
For the price, I would say its pretty hard to beat.

I had a problem with the Treadmill, they responded immediately to my e-mail and arranged to repalce the defective product. Timely and great service.

After thinking about getting a Treadmill for so long I finally did it and couldn't be happier.

Firstly, The value for money is amazing, this is an excellent bit of equipment and is as good of quality as you'd find in any good gym.
The service was also great, I was kept informed every step of the way.
