5.0 out of 5 stars Plastic sword and scabbard
Great buy. Good quality for the money. Could be used as a prop in a play but my 5 year old son loves it for role play at home. Son aged 8 would like one too. Lightweight but durable. Good length

3.0 out of 5 stars Peterkin Sword and Scabbard
It does what it says on the tin.

Was disappointed with the packaging. It was in a rolled up black bin liner that was not sealed at the top. I think it was through more luck than judgement that the scabbard (which you fit yourself) hadn't been lost in the post, which I assume the delivery note was, because it wasn't in the open packaging.

4.0 out of 5 stars Very decent for the price, 10 Sept. 2013

I bought 2 of these swords for a cosplay outfit just for very basic needs, nothing too special, something light and plain. I was pleased with results. If anyone is thinking of painting these with either spray paint of other simpler paint, bare in mind that paint on plastic merely justs sits on top, even after weeks I still find the paint to be sticky. Dry, but sticky.
However, the one I didn't paint was perfect.
So as far as the product goes, great for the money.

For a plastic play sword, this seemed a bit large when it arrived but it was on the grandson's wish list. I hope we won't be responsible for objects having been sent flying when he starts wielding it!

Nice sword and the plastic holder stays on well. I have bought plenty of swords before and had to replace them because the plastic cover becomes loose, not with this one. Worth buying

Packaging not that great, and had been bend on arrival, but for the price it was fine. My son had been on at me for a sword and scabbard for a long time and he seemed to love it!

Good plastic sword, I used it for a cosplay and my spray paint didn't stick too well to it but I think hats down to me not the sword.

Not of good standard. I purchased three and two are already broken. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a toy sword.
