These are fantastic goggles. I've always struggled to find goggles that were comfortable and, most importantly, didn't leak. These are fantastic goggles. I've always struggled to find goggles that were comfortable and, most importantly, didn't leak. The Kayenne goggles fit very well and with just a gentle push create a tight seal around the eyes. They have a huge field of view (especially after using swedes for three years) and I'm actually able to forget about them being on my face, which is a testament in its own right.

If you're tightening the straps to create a seal, you're probably using them incorrectly. Just push them gently onto your face to force a little air out and create suction. They're rock-solid after that, no problem diving or doing flip-turns.

5.0 out of 5 stars the holy grail for goggles, 28 July 2009
Just when you think you will never find goggles that don't leak, feel comfortable and provide great vision you get Kayenne and the years of searching could be over....works for me anyway.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, 30 Nov 2009

Agree with the reviewers. Ease of adjustment superb. Water free. The problem for me and hence the loss of a star is that the goggles have to be very tight to prohibit water and after 50 lengths are feeling painful. So based on the quality of this product I am ordering the larger goggles from the same manufacturer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Massive improvement over other goggles I have used, 8 Aug 2010

I've been trying to get myself into swimming for a year or so after deciding it was high time I got back into shape and learned how to swim 'properly'.

I have been using a variety of other googles, including the obligatory Zoggs which seem to be the googles most leisure centres stock, amongst other cheapo varieties I have picked up for between £6 and £10. I kept losing them so went through a fair few over the year. I got into a cycle of buying cheap goggles (as I was bound to lose them eventually) and didn't really see the impact it was having on my overall training.

The fact is, I couldn't ever put in more than a couple of lengths at a time as I would have to stop and either empty of water or de-mist. It made trying to improve my swimming a much more frustrating experience overall and that kind of distraction is not what you need when you are trying to concentrate on learning!

I finally went for the Aqua Sphere after seeing the other reviews and I haven't looked back. For an extra few quid, the improvement in quality is one of the largest I have seen for any product. I forget they are there most of the time - they are very comfortable and leackage is minimal. I have even bought a second-pair in case I lose one, but I like them so much I am much more careful!

Have recommended them to friends who agree what a difference they make. Am now considering buying some of the children's variety for my young kids. Anything to encourage them to learn young eh?

This review is from: Aqua Sphere Kayenne Goggles (Sports)
This was the first pair of "higher end" goggles I've bought and compared to the standard ones the pool i go to sells the quality difference is night and day!

The ability to see a full panoramic view so clearly is really shocking and very enjoyable. I use these for maybe 2 months being very careful to use the box provided rinsed with chlorine free water after each swim. Oh and i go three time a week.

The visibility has gotten worse fogging/cloudiness and whats worse is the left goggle is letting in water now =(

I will certainly be looking for a similar pair soon but with a better durability i hope.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but not 5 stars, 1 Nov 2011

Aqua Sphere Kayenne goggles are very good, but not perfect. They do not leak, but they do steam up when I've done about 20 lengths. I'm hot by then, as I work really hard in the pool, as I'm a triathlete and trying hard to improve my swimming. The pool area is also quite humid, but I expect quality goggles to be just that and I am disappointed by this. The tinted lenses are great and I'm so glad that I got them. It's just a bit annoying that they steam up!
The fit is perfect and very comfortable. They are the best goggles I've ever used, so bare that in mind as I've never found goggles that are perfect. I've always had something that lets them down and I prefer them to steam up than leak.
I was a little concerned that I would look like a tool wearing these to my local pool for lane swimming, but believe me when I say that these are one of the best looking goggles at my pool and there are way bigger tools than me. They take the glare away, without looking like Ali - G.
If you're looking for totally perfect goggles, then keep searching!

4.0 out of 5 stars Job Done, 12 Jan 2010
Nice looking goggles that get the job done.
No leaks, no misting up and a good fit.
Visually you don't see the frame of the goggles when you're wearing them due to the design.
A good buy I'd be happy to recommend :)

These goggles are easy to put on and easy to adjust. My old goggles (from a different company) always pulled at my hair as I put them on. They have great visibility and are very comfortable. I have the blue ones and they're a great colour. I didn't think I'd ever be enthusiastic about swimming goggles but these are just great!

5.0 out of 5 stars gogglehunt ends, 6 Feb 2010

Nearly forty years of wearing goggles in pools and these are the only really good goggles I have ever had. Features in order of importance to me are, they don't leak, are comfortable for an hour at a time, don't steam up (though I have only used them a dozen times so far),and are easy to adjust.
The comfort factor is the result of the fact that they sit outside the eye sockets and seem to be made of a very flexible material. They are bigger than any I have had previously and this enhances vision both ahead and sideways.

Very comfortable, very good wide vision and don't leak. I wear contact lenses and need to be confident about leaks - these do it for me.
