5.0 out of 5 stars an album that you wont stop playing
I preordrerd this album, mainly because I'd seen the band support The Enemy on tour March/April 2009, so I knew what to expect.
starting with 'Lucy The Castle' and its ranting chorus of 'Everyone you meet wants to meet you again, everywhere you go you leave something behind, Meet the dark souls gonna make you shine, Lucy the castle's gonna blow your mind'... I luv...

1.0 out of 5 stars Absoloute Garbage
Possibly the worst album i have ever heard, i got bought this as a gift listened to it once and asked for the reciept to return it, nothing but a cover band of all the other rubbish indie bands like arctic monkeys and the enemy that are about at the minute

I luv the line 'You dance like a whirlpool suck everybody in...'... the next track is their first 7" 'Shes A Weapon', from the fast guitar you'd be forgiven for thinking you were listening to The Clash, this track is awsome...track 3 is their latest single 'We Are Us' which I have reviewed elsewhere on Amazon... 'Oh What Have You Done' is the next song - pure genuis I'd say, my total favourite here, hopefully this will get to be a single, its amazing... another track you will find totally mind blowing is their EP 'you stole the Sun' and yeah, its about someone selfish, taking the sun away from everyone, but its pure jumping about rock n roll & I luv it!!.. 'Bouncing Bomb' on the other hand is slower and more thoughtful, Ive seen Jonny play this in an acoustic set and its just wonderful, he has real passion in his voice. The last track, 'Whats Your Name' really gets you thinking - thats all Im going to say....
All in all, its a great album, not to be missed... and NOT to be compared to any other band, nothing like Oasis, nothing like Artic Monkeys, these lads from Oldham out shine them all...
buy it and you wont regret it for a moment..!!!!!!!!!

Awsome CD & DVD, not a poor track on either. If you like your Monkey's, Oasis & even Stones rolled up raw & fresh, don't miss this one.

Twisted Wheel are a young band with immense energy & this album reflects it! Numbers such as 'You stole the sun' & 'She's a weapon' are impossible to sit still through. Turn in on & turn it on LOUD!!!
