Seems an excellent value for money camera, easy to use and smaller than I realised. Great to have in your pocket especially when out cycling or walking. Can't comment on picture quality yet but a couple of things to note:

1. The lens has no automatic cover so buy a case to prevent scratching.
2. On reading the additional sheet that comes with the camera, the camera is only waterproof for a limited time it would
appear. I was not aware of the following when purchasing the camera.

"The waterproof sealing material is replaceable at cost. THE MATERIAL SHOULD BE REPLACED ONCE A YEAR TO MAINTAIN THE
CAMERA'S WATER RESISTANCE"

This would have influenced my buying decision had I been made aware in the product details hence only 3 stars

I bought this camera for snorkelling in Hurghada Egypt. For the price it is great. The quality of the photos taken out of the water we ok but I think they could have been better if I had messed about with the settings more rather than just using automatic. I would say this is a great wee camera and a total bargain.

I LOVE my Z33 camera! Am in to snorkelling so it's perfect for that, plus it's my going out camera to as it doesn't even look like a waterproof compact. Love the colours in comes in too! If you want a camera and don't want to worry about it getting wet then this is great. Plus it's one of the cheapest I found too.

Great little camera for beach holidays, no worry about getting wet, avoid burying in sandcastles. Not an overly powerful zoom, got some fairly decent shots snorkelling.

I bought this for my daughter to use on an activity week with her school (rock climbing, kayaking that sort of thing). I read lots of reviews, quite a few of which mentioned the poor quality of the pictures, so I had some reservations when buying it but thought it would be worth a go for the price and we wanted her to be able to take pictures whatever she was doing. Well, I don't know what other reviewers were taking pictures of, but my 13 year old has come home with some really stunning shots. Admittedly, the best ones were taken on lovely sunny days and helped by the naturally breathtaking Hebridean landscape but they are fantastic quality. Several of them we cropped to half of their original size and the resolution was still good enough to print some crystal clear A4 pictures. OK so the ones under water weren't so great and maybe the ones taken indoors weren't masterpieces but the indoor ones compared favourably to other pictures taken by her friends with good cameras.
If you just want a little point and shoot that you don't have to worry about getting wet or muddy then I would highly recommend this. Very compact. Good size internal memory. Will definitely be taking this with us on holiday this summer.

This camera is as good below the water as above it is as clear as anything and i have got the float strap which is good so when i drop it i don't lose it. A great buy would recommed it

I've now had this camera for a month. And in that time, I've had it here, there and everywhere with me. Its certainly waterproof as I've used it to video myself jumping off a pier and also whilst out on several Kayaking trips. This resulting in me having some spectacular pictures! So glad I bought my camera when I did as I had it for My Kayaking Symposium and also another Kayaking weekend afterwards. Also very glad at the fact that if my friend hadn't broke my other camera I'd never would have bought this one :)
