Pyramid Twilight poster,

There's a problem here because I still haven't recieved my twilight poster Whitch I ordered well before chrostmas, I have contacted the shipping people and using the parcel code they said that it has left thier warehouse already and on amazon tracking it says it's still In the shipping place so where is it and why haven't I got it yet ? Also I tried to get my money back because it was undilibered and amazon said that the transaction cannot be made
