This is a great product and works very well for fat loss and increased energy. However you need to make sure you take it frequently and I would take 3 capsules per day (3000mg) if you want to get sufficient CLA in your system to make a real difference.

Also have the CLA its good and with that make sure you eat healthy...metabolise well, gives energy..good price..I only take 2 a day..
