5.0 out of 5 stars fantastic collection of songs
Rochdale/Manchester's Peel psych heroes do it again with another great collection of songs. this band and their management were prominent in the whole Northern Festival scene of the 1970s

I had to write this review as I was taken in by the other 2 reviews. Bit of a let down this one. The first 3 tracks are OK, but then from track 4 to track 8....aaarrrggghh. MOR 80s style rock, sub ELO, sub Supertramp. Programmed drums!! If you are looking for the Tractor of the firat 2 albums dont look here. It is going straight back to Amazon.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tractor - 'Worst Enemies' (Ozit), 9 Sep 2007
This review is from: Worst Enemies (Audio CD)
Much talented duo, UK's very own Tractor brings their fans of progressive psych, yet another nifty collection of well-written, superbly played tunes. All nine {9} cuts here were recorded between 1971-1991. Almost as good as their 'Before, During And After...' compilation (see my review). Members Steve Clayton-drums and Jim Milne-guitar, bass & vocals are joined by keyboardist Dave Goldberg on several of this CD's tracks. Ones I liked the best were "Average Man's Heros" (great harmony vocals), the beautifully arranged "Arguement For One", "No More Rock And Roll" and the outstanding five-part, twenty-one minute "Peterloo" {possibly the CD's best cut}. Check out the reviews I've done on other Tractor titles.
