Deadbeat has brought us a masterpiece with "Roots and Wires." It starts and ends with ridiculously bass-heavy dubstep tracks that make you want to move and sink into your chair at the same time (perhaps inspiring a feeling of a certain influence.) The album then progresses through a series of delicious, numbing techno and tech-house cuts that threaten to cause some brain matter to leak out of your ears. If you like a druggy sound, this is the album for you; if you like lots of hypnotic rhythm, this is the album for you. If you don't like techno, I'm sorry you've read this far.
