One of those things that is small and annoying when you need one and have not got one. This was delivered fast, cheap and does the job what more do you need?

My old aerial lead stretching from the living room to the bedroom was getting a bit ropey - the cat chewed it - and the TV picture in the bedroom even ropier as a result. Bought this and bingo, a perfect picture for all my Freeview channels and better than the last lead when it was new. It was, you might say, just the ticket.

Yes it worked fine and its handy to have around the house in case any moving of TVs from where they are now happen in the future. Doug K

It's hardly rocket science, so I find difficulty making it a 5 star product, but it is fit for purpose

BOUGHT THEM AS A BACK UP, WHILST BUYING AN AERIAL CABLE. JUST AS WELL AS THE NEW TV THAT I BOUGHT REQUIRED A MALE TO FEMALE CONNECTION. MONEY WELL SPENT.

This is a product that just works - you can fit it and forget it. The most notable point is the feeling of quality, which will be of particular value if you are using it with higher-quality cables. The only possible downside I can see is that the white central part (between the two cables that are to be joined) might look out of place if you have black cables, and they are on show.

I used this to gender change a tv cable to use with my radio receiver, worked a treat.

These are good value, effectively you get two for the price of one from other vendors. The supplied items were display packed rather than loose and made by Phillips. Female-female confused me at first - you need to buy these if you want to connect a male-ended lead to another male-ended lead. The only thing you might not like is the white sheathing in the middle (as pictured): if you are connecting two black leads, you'll notice the join. No other objections: if you want gold-plated, you'll have to pay a bit more, but this does the job.
