So be prepared to spend great deal more than the 20 minutes they show on the picture only directions. No words to explain what to do next... Not something to attempt in the hurly burly of a family visit with an anxious little girl waiting for her big present. There are sixteen tiny weeny screws for attaching the frame to the basket for a start. I was personally a bit disappointed by the plasticky look of the toy but perhaps I am old fashioned. The wheels for example are hard, hollow and very light, insubstantial in feel, they don't have a proper tread for going about outside. The pram hood is made of thin material and the silver covering on the wheel spokes looks ready to flake away at a moment outside in the rain. I bought it under instruction but rather wish I'd tried harder to find something that would wear better and be more likely to survive being pushed around our bumpy lanes. The bedding is man made material and very light again, not comfortable for baby doll. It consists of a tiny pillow, flat coverlet and an elasticated pram cover. So you might need to fashion a proper pram mattress etc. Altogether very cheap in construction which is not reflected in the high-ish overall price. Being light weight may of course make it easier for a small child to push about. I am sure it will be greeted with delight on Christmas Day as it was what Santa was asked for. And it's pink of course...

I ordered this pram for my growing collection of dolls, I am a mature person who enjoys making clothes for dolls of different sizes. The pram exceeds all my expectations. I'm sure that any child would really enjoy playing with it and I expect that my granddaughter will disregard her years and have a great time with it and the dolls when she visits.
