This is one of the best 60s compilations ever.
If you are from the UK, this is THE 60s compilation all the top hits, all the big number ones. The best bands. Two CDs are packed with classic hits, just check out the track listing.
My parents had this in the early 90s, I used to 'borrow it' a lot and play it continuously. Recently I brought Dad a replacement for the one I half lifted when I moved out. I got myself a new back up copy too. This is just great because all the songs are so different, that it doesn't get old when say you play it in the car for a long journey, you could go to Scotland with this and just put it on repeat. The songs never get old, and they all sound so good on cd, and very fresh. Ultimate is some moniker but this is probably the best 60s compilation out there. (and I have lots of others)

Having this as a cassette tape back in the summer of '92 and then scrambling in slow motion to get to the player as it relentlessly chews the tape into munce, after much searching it is amazing to own the CD version and be taken back to those endless summer days in my back garden, listening to the catchy and amusing 'bonnie and clyde'by Georgie Fame and the powerful Moody blues classic 'go now'. This double album takes you through the whole diverse spectrum of what was, probably sill is the greatest era of popular music to date.Of course the standout track is, for me Joe Cockers' cover of 'with a little help from my friends'.Blindin'!!!!!
