One of the best frying pans

I have to echo all the other reviewers by saying that I have found this frying pan to be the best available anywhere on this earth for the price. Yes, it is expensive, but it cooks everything without any oil or other cooking medium without any fuss whatsoever. Not only that, but the food seems to taste better without being cooked in oil. Even the eggs have been fried without any oil, they take slightly longer to cook but appear to taste better. The only time oil is used is when fried bread is required, as this is what the pan cannot do without the assistance of oil. I was quite surprised to find that cooking without oil really gives food not only extra flavour, but more of the true flavour comes to the fore. It is a pity that I never tried a Le Creuset frying pan years ago, but now I will not change. I must say that this pan, albeit heavier than most of the competition, gives good heat distribution and the non-stick surface is holding up well. It is ideal for making special scrambled eggs, where sausage-meat balls and diced veg, are all done in the same pan and without any oil whatsoever and taste great. Cleaning this pan is simplicity itself, where it is only the matter of washing in warm soapy water and drying with a paper towel and it is ready for its next use. Normally non-scratch utensils are used, but when needs call for metal implements these are used and no scratches have been noticed on the non-stick surface, in fact, the surface after regular use still looks brand new.
