The capsules arrived in good time, well packed and in good condition. Better still, I feel sure that they are making my arthritic hip less painful - I take two in the morning and two at lunchtime, which helps me keep going in the garden etc.

Athritis pain in the hips had become a constant companion so walking long distance had become impossible. Reading an article about Rose hip and the studies done at an Danish University i decided to try them, i am so glad i did so.
Having been told to give them time to work so they could do their thing, i did so. There thing is pain relief and what a relief it is to be able to walk without pain.
Remember if you over do it like i do you will agravate your joint's but it will stop if you keep taking the Roehip's. I take two in the morning and if i overdo it i take them as neccessary through the day.
A good time to take them if my hips are sore is at bedtime, they get to work while i sleep and presto usualy by morning the pain has gone. BELIEVE.

My wife who has had severe arthritus swears by Litozin. The service by Amazon is free and very good at that. So no complaints.

After suffering with osteoarthritis for five years trying to live with the pain via steriod injections and at least 8 painkillers a day I am now amazed to find after taking Litozin for 2 weeks ( 3 tablets twice a day) I am able to reduce the intake of painkillers and auctually enjoy going out shopping etc and being to walk longer distances with reduced pain. I read about Litozin in a Sunday Supplement and am so glad I did. I have put off total knee replacement as advised by my consultant and with the contined use of Litozin I will be able to put it off for many years to come. Excellent - let go of any painkillers and use these - tremendous benefit.

this is the greatest product ever,i feel like telling everyone, for a while ive been having steroid injections for arthritis,but after taking litozin for less than 3wks the pain has nearly gone,no more painkillers or jabs,i know i will be taking these for life,they are brilliant,and my skin has improved as well,which is a plus.buy it you won`t ever buy another cheap rosehip product again, these are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I started taking Litozin 8 weeks ago and already I am enjoying the benefit. I am sleeping better now that I no longer struggle to turn over during the night. During the day, I am able to spend longer doing housework and other chores. I recommend this product to antone who suffers with aching joints.

I started taking this product having read about it in the Times. At the time I was having severe back pain and spending a fortune on Chiropractitioners which helped to some extent. I took LitoZin at the full recommended dose for a six weeks before feeling any relief, but have continued at 3 a day for the last 4 years and am vitually free of pain. I am going to try the ointment on a thumb joint next.

Excellent product. My feet and all my joints have almost stopped aching after years of struggling out of bed each morning or having played a round of golf. Absolutely miraculous and I've only just started taking them!!

Only been taking these for almost a month now, have not noticed any noticeable improvement re hip/back and leg pains as yet but will persevere.
