I bought this item as a gift. The receiver suffers from neck and shoulder pain and finds the wheat bag very soothing and comforting. It really does help to ease pain, plus it smells good too!

Delivery:
Heat Pad was ordered & delivered within five
days,so no problem there, good service all round.

Description:
As you can see, this heat pad is in the shape of a letter
n(or an u,if you like),this is because it is designed to
sit comfortably on the shoulders. Before I go on,I will
mention that the Item Weight is:1.2 Kg,so "some" may find
it heavy,at first/to use.
The pad itself is made from a very smooth fleece material
which is soft on the skin.
This item comes impregnated with lavender, which seems to
help with the healing/soothing process,& it smells nice.

In-Use:
First thing first...does it work?...short answer(for us
anyway)is YES,I`ve got a trapped nerve & this item has
eased the pain when I have used it.
Simply heat pad for recommended amount of time(this
is in the instructions),& then place around your neck.
The heat & the lavender have a soothing/healing effect
that I did not fully expect to work to such a degree.
When I was using this(I`ll explain in a sec why this
is pre-tense)I did use it on naked skin, then I`d put
a comfortable top on to hold in place(this is not nece-
ssary though).I would use it for about 20mins,it was at
this point for me that the effect would last till.
Now onto the reason that we do NOT have this pad any more
(but have re-ordered another one)if you check out my pro-
file photo you`ll see the reason,a 44kg Rhodesian Ridgeback,
yeah he took a liking to it one day & erm...ate it(don`t laugh)!

Conclusion:
If like me you have an neck, back or shoulder problem, then
this could/should well & truly help ease your pains.
A word of caution,I have seen some post on the net about
these sort of heat pads catching fire when put in a mircowave,
if you stick to the recommended user guide, this should not
happen(I would NOT heat-up longer than stated in guide),but
please be careful, thank you for your time,& good luck.
Five Stars,Recommended.

The neck and shoulder heat pad is so theraputic, warmed up in the microwave for a few mins and away you go, relaxing and easing aches and pains, plus the lovely smell of lavender all adds to some 'me time' enjoyment.

Found this very useful. Microwave it with a cup of hot water so it does not get too hot and it produces a nice smell. Like the way you can fold it round your neck or lay it on the shoulders.

I am very happy with my new neck wrap. It is more expensive than the ordinary ones you get in the shops, but this one is really warm and comforting and wraps around your neck very nicely

Pop this in the microwave for 2-3 minutes and put it round
your shoulders. At first it doesn't feel that warm, but within a
minute or so the heat penetrates your clothing and it's very nice.
In fact, I think I'll go and put in the microwave right now...
