As suggested by other reviews there's an abundance of information and historical fact in this book, which keeps the reader happily occupied. No doubt though that anyone considering this book will already have read similar books but a lot of the information is presented differently here, and I believe easier to understand. I bought this book as a gift and was therefoire disappointed by the quality of the production. The cover was very flimsy paper, not much heavier than the pages, which were rough quality paper.

I felt a little embarrassed to give it as a gift as it felt 'bargain basement'.

That said, the recipient found the content entertaining and illuminating.
