I didn't really believe I needed a specific "pregnancy pillow" and thought any pillow between my knees would do the job - and it did... for a while. But after around 30 weeks I couldn't do anything to stop my back pain whilst sleeping. A friend recommended the pillow. Still not really believing that it would work I ordered it and gave it ago. It was the best decision I made! I sleep so much better, the pillow supports not only my legs but also my bump as well as my back.
Some people said it's too small, but I disagree. I am average height (1.68m) and if you place the top part of the pillow just under your waist, it supports in the front your bump, in the back your back, and the pillow is long enough to support your legs wether they are completely bent or slightly stretched. Someptimes, when I feel I need a higher support between my legs I just fold the bottom part of the pillow in two.
The only difficulty is turning to the other side. In the beginning I re-arranged the whole pillow every time I turned. Now I leave it as it is and just lie on it from the other side, taking the part for the legs between my legs from the back (not sure if explained well, but it works).
Definitely recommend to any person! Also, my friends said it's great for breastfeeding!

My fiancé is 23 weeks pregnant and has had this for the past few weeks - she loves it! The back support could however be a little more significant so stop her rolling onto her back. It would also be nice if it came with a cover rather than having to buy one separately, especially at that price.

I'm not happy with this pillow. In spite of its price, I found it very uncomfortable. I used it for a few days, trying to get used to it, but it gave me low back pain plus leg pain... I would not buy it again.

I read all the reviews on this pillow and as they were all pretty positive I invested. I am 5 months pregnant and have recently started to be uncomfortable, getting some aches in hips and back in bed. But this pillow is simply not worth the money as it makes absolutely difference. The pillow is pretty expensive but doesn't do any more than using a couple of extra pillows.

I didn't find this suitable, the pillow is too narrow and hard at the bottom that it didn't support my leg and knee, a much wider cushion is needed for support,

I bought this pillow at 24 weeks pregnant as was struggling to sleep. I find it is no use whatsoever. It's too flimsy to offer any real support and hasn't eased any of the aches of pains. If I do use it, I still have to use another spare pillow. It's got to the stage now where I've given up and thrown it out of the bed.

This is the best thing I have bought in a long time! I've been uncomfortable in bed now for about 3 weeks, and after initially being put off by the cost, another bad night's sleep made me give in and buy it. I feel normal again after sleeping throught the night, lovely and comfy. A previous review said it was tricky for tall people, but I'm 5:10 and a bit of a whale being 7m pregnant, but found it fine. Looking forward to using it for breastfeeding, but it's already worth its weight in gold to me, even if it doesn't work for this purpose.

When I bought this pillow, little did I know how much use I'd get out of it. It worked great as a maternity pillow (let's face it, the last months are uncomfortable, period). It helped support my back during the first days after birth, and was an even better breastfeeding pillow and a super support pillow for when my little one started sitting up on her own. So considering the zillions of different things you feel you need to buy as soon as you know you're having a baby, I was chuffed with this purchase and the multiple functionalities.

This pillow has given me the best night's sleep since I became pregnant. At first I thought it was a bit expensive but well worth the money - would recomend it to all pregnant women.

I bought this pillow at 18 weeks pregnant after weeks of trying to decide which one would be the best and it did not disappoint. I usually sleep on my front but have been sleeping on my side since finding out pregnant, I haven't had a decent night sleep in months, until I got this pillow. It's great.
