Have a stainless pot which everything seems to stick too, had a non stick which wore out in next to no time so decided to try this cast iron one since apparently lots of chefs use them. I was told the quality of Staub was better than Le Creuset hence this one.
Have to say it must be a year now and it still looks good, used lots for casseroles, stews, soup, risotto and making stock.. occasionally there will be a small amount of sticking on the inside but leave to soak for a while and it will come off with a cloth no problem.
It's so hard-wearing I can imagine handing it down to my children !!
