The first creatine i used was called cell-tech back in the day....11 pounds in 7 days, fully bloated but also was lifting more. The problem I ran into was as soon as I stopped the "loading phase", weight dropped and so did strength. Optimum seems to be the best creatine I have ever taken for long term strength gains which I keep even after getting off of it completely.

I also do not add tons of sugar like I use to, which eliminates any bloating. If you want to gain a ton of weight fast, I suggest drinking your creatine with a high sugar drink, and if you're in it for consistent strength gains (and you will still gain some weight but the weight you gain will be solid, try Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder 25 Grams + FREE Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 100 Grams and take it post-workout with the creatine. As you get older, you start to kind of see through the hype of what this supplement will do for you or claim to do for you and settle on what works long-term. DAA and trib start to get into the testosterone boosting realm, so be prepared for some added aggression too. You shouldn't take any of these supplements long-term (needs to be cycled) but the effects stay with you as long as you continue to workout consistently.

I have just tried and tested this product, stacked with Cynostane. The results were amazing, more energy, INSANE PUMP, fantastic recovery times.
Trained 2 hours, decline bench press with barbell press 12 reps at 3 sets, dumbell at same reps and sets, dumbell flies, 12 reps 3 sets. Then went again, then did full work out. Could have gone again as the recovery speed was fantastic.

Great product did exactly what it said give you more energy when training for those extra reps! Just stuck to the guide line 3 before training 3 after, unfortunatly gave me a heart issue after a week and a half of using it! Ino people who have used it though and had no problems what so ever! Each to their own...

Started taking these a couple weeks ago and started upping my weights straight away and completing the reps fine and feel more pumped than i have ever before when you finish doing the weight, will defiantly be ordering more of these in the future.

I have been using these and can feel the effect when lifting weights. Not sure how useful they are for fitness as not noticed any difference but certainly enable me to lift heavier weights.

Decent product, makes your workouts more intense and you are able to push more for extra reps. Also puts on weight which is something i have always struggled with, make sure you drink plenty of water and I mean loads cause you do get dehydrated!

I've started training a little bit harder lately, diet is solid, just need some extra push for size. This helped, noticed better squeeze and reps right away. Nice one.
