I bought this racket based on previous reviews and being a relative novice to the game went with something that had 5 stars.

Having got it and played at least 10 games with it, I have to say its a fantastic racket. That said, it did take a while to get used to it as the handling characteristics of this racket were much different than my last.

Its a light weight frame, slightly nose heavy, has high tension strings so you can smash with ease and gives good control and the grip is excellent. The only criticism I'd have is that the frame feels a little like compressed powder rather than pure metal but I think that it is coated, which can chip, especially if you smash it into another racket and/or floor.

Overall, it's fantastic and well worth the money. It certainly has improved my playing technique and characteristics since I bought it. Well worth 5 stars.

I'm a keen amateur. Racket is nice and light, tightly strung and slightly heavier in the head than my last one - helps with the overheads. My touch improved almost instantly from the rubbish racket i had before - to the annoyance of my opposiition. Nice little racket for a good price.

I bought this racket purely based on the name alone and I wasn't disappointed.

Upon taking the racket out of the case I noticed it was slighty charred inside. It seemed the Fireblade was upset at not being used and had cried embers whilst in the case where the Fireblade had laid dorment since its construction. Picking it up for the first time was an emotional moment. The sun burst through my windows and I could hear a choir of angels chanting my name as I hoisted my new found weapon to the sky.

On the court it handles brilliantly. The lightweight of the frame and strength of the strings provides for a nasty combo against any nemesis you may come across. I won every single matched I played against my apponents and their tears made the victory even sweeter.

The fact that the Fireblade talks to you as you play is also a nice little feature but I didn't see it listed in the specification so the seller may need to update the item information.

Fantastic racket, great price, and a joy to play with.

I only play as a hobby and I used to play with wilson racket, this racket instantly improved my game and it isnt the worst racket to look at either you know what im saying, yellow spots on the handle....mmmmmm

Obviously i bought this racket based purely on the name and needless to say it has not let me down! Seriously, it's a really light racket with a good feel and looks great. The price was excellent aswell and as i'm a casual player is exactly what i wanted.

i bought this racket thinking it looked great it had great reviews. in truth this arrived it had fake carbon fibre stickers (if its not carbon fibre dont pretend to be) the grip is quite good but for the money there are far better rackets online anything by prince or yonex around this price would be better value for money. i re purchased a new yonex the day after buying this racket. not a fan

wow great racket at an extraoirdnary bagain price, definately recommend this racket, good for everyone, nice carry case too, miss it miss out :)

what a difference this has made to my game definatly worth the price great racket delived on time if you play badminton this is a good choice to buy

Suits me, I'm not a professional but like my games two or three times a week. Light enough and together with the anti-slip hand grips that I got at the same time, there's only my skills to work on!

Has upped my game (not that that was difficult). Might be slightly heavy for me as I am tending to aim long at the moment but I think it will prove to be a great racket with time
