A far as Hi-Fi stands go this is not bad. It is easy to assemble and looks good when completed. The shelves can be configured how you want them either as a 4 shelf or 5 shelf unit, which is quite a nice feature. So for the money it does the job nicely.

However, there were 2 things about this unit that really annoyed me! First the so called Cable Management system is a cheap bit of plastic that clips to the back of the unit and then they give you 3 cable ties, which quite frankly looks awful and for modern day Home Theatre set-ups is quite useless. Also when you do clip the plastic bit to the back, the cable holes do not line up with the shelves. So one hole was split between 2 shelves which meant you could not actually fit a cable through it in the first place.

The second thing was that some bright spark at the manufactures had decided to put sticky labels on the top of the glass shelf that says "This way up", and these labels weren't the nice plastic labels that peel off easily, these were paper labels that left all the glue on the glass. So after much scraping, and wiping it finally came off. It took me twice as long to get the label glue off the glass than it did assembling the damn thing!! How can they be so stupid!! Why not put the stickers on the bottom of the shelf, the bit you don't see, and put "this way down" on it?

But I guess at the end of the day it does what it says on the tin (with the exception of the so called "Cable Management System"), and you can fit a lot of equipment on it, so I guess, for the price it is not too bad.

I've been looking for a good sturdy equipment rack that looked right, was the right size & didn't cost a fortune.

I got just that with this piece of kit.

Its also very sturdy & solid, an absolute must with hifi kit & turntable & it was an absolute doddle to assemble. The finish is good & the components are upto the job.

I was going to spend more on dedicated hifi stand but I'm glad I got this instead.

As far as I'm concerned it fits my requirements completely.

Very pleased with this product. Good description, gave sizes of shelves, height and width of unit which was a deciding factor of the purchase. Extremely speedy delivery.

We needed a TV stand that would fit in a norrow space and taller than the average this fitted the bill perfectly and arrived promptly. Excelent service

After reading the other reviews on this stand, I thought I would get one. Particularly as the price was so cheap in comparison with other similar stands. I'm very pleased with it. Very straightforward to put together, sturdy and well made. Looks great too! I didn't bother with the cable tidy as my set-up has way too many wires to use it.

I thoroughly recommend this stand. You can't go wrong buying one of these. In fact, I am going to get the TV version to complement it!

Received the unit in good time. Decided to use it in 4 shelf (not all 5 shelves) mode which was just as well. The legs are assembled with chrome metal tubes and plastic end caps that hold them in position. 4 of the 40 supplied caps were useless, broken in transit. As I didn't need them all, it wasn't an issue. Other reviewer complains of sticky labels, I concur, top shelf label is fine the rest are nasty! And finally cable mangement "device" doesn't work at all for 4 shelf system, unless I cut it with a saw!

On plus side, its quite solid and stable, looks fine and does the job. On my limited budget its OK, got it at the lower price, had I paid the extra £20 I'd be less happy!

What a great stand, this was ideal for my Cambridge Azure Hi-Fi system, I used all 5 layers, if you only need 4 layers, then you just change to the smaller supplied struts. The black glass layer is made from toughened safety glass, it is accompanied by the high silver chrome struts, making this an ideal stand. I do recommend two people putting this together, mainly due to the weight and aligning the struts when assembling. The finished product would look great in any room, it's also very suitable for a TV stand/video/dvd etc system.

The only little niggle, is the so called "cabling management system",as mentioned in a previous review, it's just a very cheap black plastic cover and cable ties, I would have expected something to match the rest of quality of the stand. The glass does have stickers on them to let you know "which way up", luckly for me these easily came off.

Apart from that, I love this stand to bits, the price and quality in my opinion is well worth it, visitors to your house will go "wow" when they see the complete system, it really does look the part.

Not the best quality product. Worth the cost however. Easily assembled in 20 minutes by one person. Low quality chrome plastic end caps look cheap but once assembled it looks good.

Firstly the service from Entertainment Xclusive was excellent. I had a query re the weight limit of the top shelf and received an answer within a couple of hours which is outstanding.

The product itself is very good and excellent value for money. I found it easy to put together and it looks very stylish sat in my son's room with his new 32" LCD TV on top of it and games console and games neatly (for now) stored in it.

In summary I am very happy with this purchase and think it looks a lot better than some others I have seen for twice the price.
