CHECK WITH AMAZON'S SUB CONTRACTORS BEFORE PURCHAS

I purchased Braun Silk and Soft foil & Cutter Pack through Amazon from Spares4APPLIANCES from Westcliff on Sea,on behalf of my wife. On arrival it was apparrent that the foil would not fit and I returned it for a refund wgich was duly credited to mybank account. I then telephoned Spares4APPLIANCES and spoke to a man named Sha who assurred me that the item they sold would in fact fit. I duly placed another order through Amazon. This item arrived and I opened the packaging only to find that this in fact DID NOT FIT. I telphoned the Company and they said send it back and they would refund the article, but would not refund the postage. (Which according to Trading Standards is against the law). I sent the article back on 1st July. Despite many email to the company, who now state they have not received it back, nothing has happened (So much for their No quibble refund Policy). The have had no contact with me for at least the last two week.
I have also contacted AMAZON, who do not seem to have seem to have grasped the fact that they I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND - HELP SOMEONE. Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with
