When an innocent young driver is hit from behind in a collision, his first reactions and symptoms are diagnosed as being merely a state of shock. However, as days pass by, he becomes withdrawn and unreachable, a trait he never had. It is clearly evident to all, that there is certainly more wrong that first thought.
Hence, A further brainscan discovers he had a swelling that has caused him to have all his previous life memories totally eliminate!!! How then can a sixteen year old possibly survive when he has forgotten everything he had been taught from birth? Including his former self. What follows is a sixteen years old battle to relive his childhood and rebuild his life to become a young adult once more.
In this amazing adaptation not only is the boys trauma explored and re-lived, but also those of his family, friends and colleagues and how they are all affected directly or indirectly by their friend who no longer knows them.
