Took this with me on a trip to India where after a meal the entire world quite literally fell out of my dinner dumper like a demon possessed rusty jetwash.

I would recommend these to anyone, but if you go for the meal I had pop down to halfords for a rally seat 3 point harness so you can strap yourself down to the toilet without lifting off with the force and cracking your skull on the ceiling.

Excellent remedy for the Aztec Two Step, as discovered on expedition in Peru. The stated dose I think is more of a guideline than an exact science and it it still doesn't mean that you can fart with confidence, but I think that this is truly as far as non-prescription medical science can help you on this matter. Bought this to offset runners' trots.

Worked well, used one this morning for a half-marathon. Taken an hour before i set off, no problems.

They dissolve in about 5 seconds, which i really wasn't expecting. Taste isn't incredible, but it's not bad.

Arrived in good time, good product overall.

This is the second time I've ordered these and yet again they came the next day. An amazing price compared to the supermarkets or chemists. Fantastic service.

So, deciding that a wild camping trip might not be the ideal place to take the 'kids to the pool'. I voted for a log free weekend with the ample application of this fair product. Now, being a bloke i thought 4 tablets would be good, and went ahead, obviously not reading the instructions. Little did i realise that i wouldn't visiting the porcelain to let go the dirty parachutists for 2 weeks!!!!

Boy o boy when the time came to expel the muck brothers, it was like satan and his hordes had decided it was a good idea to use my tea towel holder as an escape route! Horses and all!!!!! Now, whilst this was the kind of relief you feel when someone takes away the 3 hundred weight sat on your stomach, leaving you feeling like a wet and empty sock at the end of a hundred metre swim, I wouldn't wish it on a Bond baddie!!!

Eggs would be better, but take longer. So imodium it is but just take it easy, and read the instructions, all in all a brilliant product!

I definitely have need of them with recurrent "bug" I seem to be unable to throw off the problem permanently

I bought these as a precaution for our visit to The Dominican Republic. Anything like this is very expensive out there, so go prepared. As it happened we didn't need them, just be really sensible about what you are eating and how it is cooked.

Luckily we had no need of these on our last holiday but my previous experience is tht hey are a godsend if you are prone to a dodgy belly now and then. A good staple for the medicine cabinet.
