People don't understand my quest to find the perfect stationary. I can see their apprehension when I say I order pens online. But they're wrong, and I'll tell you for-why:
These pens are GREAT (I'm closer, if not finally at, finding the perfect pen), and I own 50 of the bad-boys. Let me name a few of their championship-level features: They don't smudge. They don't dry out randomly. They don't dry out non-randomly, either. They don't smudge unless you really try. They allow themselves to be held like a gentle dove, but also like a dangerous terrapin, all depending on your needs. The ink doesn't randomly stop and start (I'm looking at you, BIC, heathen pen company). They look smart, yet modest. They're not soft plastic, so people don't chew on the ends. I LITERALLY COULD GO ON.
I bought them maybe a year ago, and only two have died on me (and to be fair, I reversed over one). By that standard, I'm in the clear for the next 25 years, so that's something to also consider.
My only complaint is that I can't take all 50 around with me in my pocket, and that's something I want to do because they're so great. Even having said that, it's comforting to know I have a cache of pens JUST WAITING for me to return home, excited for me to use them. Their only flaw is also a strength!
In addition - now people come round and see I have 50 identical pens in my pen mug. They always say "damn, that's a hella lotta pens", and I reply "HELL YEAH IT IS, I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER", and I daydream about how if these pens were people, they'd be great people, too.
In conclusion: Buy them, and your life will change. Don't buy them, and you'll be haunted by nightmares of what you could have had but now don't.
