Cheryl Ladd is superb as the leading actress in this story about a mother wrongly imprisoned. She is a gutsy and determined lady. Cheryl's acting, as usual, is spot on and realistic. You can feel her hurt and pain especially being separated from her children. The harsh realities of a normal mother and wife being locked up with criminals. It will make you feel so sad but then when strength comes, a victory over the cruelness of life. This film also establishes Cheryl as a brilliant actress who can handle any story line.
