A good quality ink giving excellent print quality, text and photos.
However each replacement cartridge seems to last less time, which leads me to suspect the manufacturer's are disguising price rises in real terms.

Ordered black ink cartridges and was sent wrong colour. Numerous emails to them before responses claiming they were having difficulties with their email (perhaps the volume of complaints?).
Steer clear of this shower.

I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. IT WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL, PRINTER SAID IT DID NOT RECOGNISE IT & I TRIED EMAILING 4 TIMES WITH NO REPLY, I TRIED TELEPHONING BUT THERE WAS NOBODY THERE OVER THE WEEKEND & I SPOKE TO 4 ONLINE AGENTS & THEY COULD NOT HELP. I WAS TOLD IT WAS PROBABLY MY PRINTER, BUT I HAD HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE AND HAD BEEN HELPED BY TELEPHONE & WITHIN MINUTES IT WAS FIXED. I TOLD ALL 4 AGENTS. I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF AN ASSIGNMENT & NEEDED HELP QUICKLY. I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO OUT AT 8 P.M ON A SATURDAY NIGHT TO PURCHASE ONE FROM A LOCAL DEALER. THAT WORKED, SO I HAD SPENT HOURS GETTING NOWHERE & SO FRUSTRATED I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE AGAIN. I HAD TO BIN THE PURCHASE. I NEED TO REPLACE ALL MY COLOURS, BUT I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE 36.00 AS I DAREN'T WASTE ANYMORE MONEY ON HERE.

Vary disappointed with this 'genuine epson cartrigde' We cleaned our printer head, printed 2 gift vouchers and the black ink has all but run out!!! i won't be purchasing this product again.

When I ordered this online at Amazon it showed it as a cartridge in it's outer packaging so assumed this is how it would come as there was nothing to say it wouldn't come that way. When I received the package from IJT I was gob smacked to find that not only was it not in the the proper package it was also not vacuum packed! What a con! Will never purchased from this company again. BEWARE!

I first of all purchased another brand of Ink Cartridge which it claimed was a compatible and cheaper substitute in place of the Epson T0711 cartridge. However, I was unable to get my Epson Printer to install the substitute, and it was therefore a waste of time and money. But I was able to fit the correct Epson cartridge after purchasing, and it works perfectly.

Epson make pretty damn sure that you cannot use anything but their own brand ink in their printers. We have tried refills, copies, standing on one leg and so on, but with little luck. However, their own inks if purchased through Amazon, are high quality and not as expensive as buying anywhere else.

I received the order within a week and the product is as advertised an expected. Excellent work.

Once again Amazon come tops with both speedy delivery and a reasonable price. Being an original cartridge also gives you the best results.

Ordered it one day and it came very quickly. Good price and just what I wanted. I shall know where to buy next time. Mgt
