4.0 out of 5 stars Enjoyable and informative
Tarot - Beginners Guide, presented by Paul Hitt.
I bought this DVD after reading A.J. Ryder's supernatural horror novel 'Book Of Trinity' about Paul, his relationship with Spirit and the occult world where he works. OK, so I admit that purchasing this DVD was more out of curiosity, to put a face to Paul Hitt's name so to speak, than actually wanting to learn to read...

Tarot - Beginners Guide, presented by Paul Hitt.
I bought this DVD after reading A.J. Ryder's supernatural horror novel 'Book Of Trinity' about Paul, his relationship with Spirit and the occult world where he works. OK, so I admit that purchasing this DVD was more out of curiosity, to put a face to Paul Hitt's name so to speak, than actually wanting to learn to read Tarot.
That said, I still enjoyed watching the DVD in its own right. The history surrounding Tarot cards was interesting and informative and explanations relating to card meanings were simply put. My only slight quibbles are; the poor film quality (as it was originally filmed in video format), the spelling error on the cover (Begginers??) and a slightly nervous presenter, stumbling over a few words.
So, anyone hoping for a slick production of high quality film and audio, with a presenter used to being in front of camera, afraid you'll be disappointed with this DVD. But, if you have an interest in Tarot and want a no-thrills DVD to help you start learning how to interpret them, then I would recommend this product as it does exactly what it says on the tin; A beginners guide.

There are very few DVD's on the subject of Tarot and this adds very little to the subject

Don't waste your time
