So it's that time of year to sit back and enjoy the best of another hectic season at Manchester United. There are some great games and goals featured on this DVD and it has plenty of interviews.
- Gary Nevilles celebrations against Liverpool are strangely omitted
- Nothing from Ronaldo or the injured players (Smith,Scholes,Heinze,Ole) which would have been nice
So thats not bad at all. I personally found Alex Ferguson's droning on about having a young team tiresome (VDS, Neville, Rio, Heinze,Scholes,Giggs,Ruud) and his claims that United finished the season the well gloss over the pathetic showings against Chelsea and Boro. However that is not so much a fault of the DVD.
If you like United then this is a must buy, if anything you can show the grankids how good Rooney was this season.

The 05-06 season was not as memorable as the next 5 seasons were, but it is definitely worth getting if your a die hard united fan.
The highlight of this season was undoubtedly the Carling cup which we won 4-0 vs Wigan in the final. This was Rooney's best season and it was Van Nistelrooy's last in a united shirt when Saha pushed him out of the side with his brilliant form in the last third of the season especially.
This season was full of ups and downs, the up being another trophy in the bag, Wayne Rooney's form and the beggining of the Manchester United team that then went on to win everything in the next few seasons, the downs being the second place finish in the league and exiting the champions league in the group stage.
This DVD is 130 minutes long and covers the season brilliantly. It may now be 5 seasons old, but its a part of uniteds history and well worth getting even if only to see Rio Ferdinand finally score a goal in a United shirt!
