Second dvd in a series collecting all of beavis and butthead, cult 1990's cartoon about the misadventures of two very stupid american teenagers.
Just like the first volume, you get:
Forty episodes, spread over two discs. On TV the episodes would be interrupted by music videos with the two main characters doing commentaries on them. The episodes here are without that. Whether they're better or worse that way is a matter of individual choice. Some are director's cut episodes, meaning any edits to the material have been undone and they're back to being full episodes.
The third disc contains the extras:
Part two of a documentary series that charts the history of the show. This part is shorter than part one, which was on the previous volume, and rather than discussing the genesis of the show discusses some details about the production. It's pretty interesting.
A dozen or so music videos with commentaries from beavis and butthead. And some of the funniest ones at that.
Clips/pomotions/trailers, showing their appearances on other shows and the like.
And some montages of clips from episodes.
Just like volume one, this is a very good package for the fans

Great stuff, with B & B. As with the first volume there are loads of extras, and episodes spread out over the 3 discs. Just need to buy the third series now.

This box set contains a good selection of episodes but still does not deliver any entire episodes.
The main problem being that all music videos that showed during each episode have been deleted. All you are given is a small selection of them on disk 3 which contains the special features [which have mostly been shown on tv before, but are severely edited here].
The second disappointment is that numerous episodes have been edited for humor which could cause offence.
Overall, a good collection but not recomended for the true fans.

Beavis and Butthead are just your every day idiot teenagers, obsessed with boobs, sex and being cool. The pair are genuinely hilarious, and incredibly relatable. I can watch episodes over and over and still laugh.
