This review is from: Comfort of Madness, the (Audio CD)
This is a hugely underrated album from a hugely underrated band.

The Pale Saints knew how to play their music very loud. They were truly blistering live. This is a record that desrves to be re-issued and remastered - in my humble opinion the mix and sound levels are all too low, which makes it difficult to fully crank up the volume.

If you enjoy quality indie pop then search out this album, or lobby your local MP to make the government re-issue it. The Pale Saints were genuinely so much better than their ever so slightly more popular comtempories. Recommended to all ear defender wearing curmudgeons.
