This song has to be one of the best on the confessions album and will be another world wide smash like "hung up", "sorry" has a sample from the jackson 5's (michael jackson) hit "can you feel it" at the begining of the track which gives it a huge bass line where it kicks in with madonna singing "i don't wanna hear, i don't wanna know, please don't say you're sorry......." instantly catchy and possibly another number 1 hit where it would be madonna's 12th number 1 uk hit!, get this catchy number and you will be hooked on it's catchy lyrics.

The queen is back with a new single from last year´s best album, "Confessions On A Dancefloor". Excellent, catchy tune that you will be humming over the next weeks, complete with a fabulous video and great remixes (including a mix by Pet Shop Boys!). Get this!

"Sorry" appears here in its edited form, but the jewel of the crown in "Let It Will Be" which has been once again remixed to perfection by Paper Faces aka Stuart Price. I would say get this just for the remix as 2 track singles aren't usually worth bothering with but...get it now!

2 stars?! you gave this track 2 stars?!... No No No. Madonna is back and on top form. This single fuses catchy lyrics with a bubbling electro bass and is one of her best IMO. She has pulled out all the stops with this album, and this one of the many highlights of the album!
Video is amazing and the song is amazing.. and the fact that it is no.1 in the UK Airplay charts says something. Good luck Madonna.. deservadly a 12th number 1!

Excellent choice for a follow-up single off "Confessions...". This track has it all - tune, production and Madonna singing well-versed lyrics. And, if you're thinking whether to buy this or Westlife's new single, then the choice is obvious - Madonna delivers pure pop-dance joy!

The previous review I think was completely wrong, evident on how fast Sorry is climbing up the charts. It's Easily one of the best tracks on "Confessions" and so many people can relate to the theme of the song. She's still wonderful, always will be. Hopefully Sorry will prove all the nay sayers wrong!

Despite being very short (less than 10 minutes!), this is a very satisfactory single.
The title song ("Sorry") is a very strong, catchy dance romp which is very well-produced and with an addictive beat. The signature of Stuart Price (credited as co-writer) is for all to hear, and the B-side of the single is the extremely good "Let it Will Be". Again, the power of the beat is very addictive and the underlying synth line is also very efficient.
Overall, an EXCELLENT single.
