I've never tried an epilator before, but I bought the Philips Bikini Perfect today and it is truly amazing. I have extra sensitive skin and until now have had to put up with rashes and ingrowing hairs, having to avoid waxing and especially shaving. However, on first use the epilator is pretty much painless, quite fast considering how small the head is and I have only a little redness where the hairs have been pulled out. The foil shaver is pretty good as well and the precision trimmer is also rather useful. This is a really useful buy for anyone who has sensitive skin and has experienced problems with bikini line depilation. The battey time isn't bad either considering that it's so little and so fast.

This was one of the best impulse buys I've made. Being caught using boyfriends hair trimmers, thought I'd better invest! The added bonus of the epilator head gave the option of being brave, without committing to buying just an epilator. However the epilator was pretty painless and quite addictive.

Battery lasts enough to take away for weekends.

As other reviewers have stated it's a great and easy way to stay trim down under. Wish I'd had it years ago. Epilator is easy to use and less painful than you'd imagine and it's far easier to spend five minutes shaping up every few weeks than the hassle of booking in for a wax. Can't rate it highly enough - it is an all in one solution, well done Philips.

For a while I have been trying out different methods and items for whats best suited for me. I found waxing painfull and as I am a student I don't really have money to be spent on waxing. I have tried hair removal cream and found that to be totally useless.

When I saw this I thought this seems good it has as trimmer, shaper, shaver and Epilator what more could a girl ask for. I have just tried it today and I am very impressed I don't think I have ever looked so good down there before all neat and tidy and the way I want it.

For you, debating whether to get this or not I would definitley give it a go, it makes you feel all good inside when you know you look great.

I bought this item after reading the reviews on Amazon and was extremely disappointed. Although the product is easy to use and looks good, I have nicked myself quite badly on three occasions in the last fortnight and have decided to throw it away. I have used other shavers and clippers for many years and have never experienced this problem before. I would not buy it.

I read the good reviews for this, and it was also recommended in a magazine. I normally get my bikini line waxed but it is expensive, time consuming and painful so I thought I would give this a go. I think I just had higher expectations, or maybe I am using it wrongly but I just don't find you can get a good enough shave with it! It always looks and feels stubbly and not even as smooth as with an ordinary razor. I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing a swimming costume afterwards. The epilator is far too painful, even though I am used to using one on my legs. The trimmer is great, but you can get a trimmer for £10.

It is also annoying that you can't plug it in and use it, but the battery does last quite a long time. I have never found anything anywhere near as effective as waxing, but if that isn't an option this would do! I paid full price for it, and wish I hadn't!!

I've been shopping for a while now looking to replace my shaver...and I'm glad I settled on this one... It's small and easy to manipulate to get the perfect shave/trim... in addition it has all these extra gadgets that allow you to first trim the longer hairs, then shave close to the skin, then epilate for a good bikini finish...

I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an all in one shaving/trimming solution...

I've spent a long time trying to find the perfect solution for the bikini line, and finally I have found it! I use the trimmer and epilator, and it work's great. It's small enough to pack into a handbag, and the battery lasts quite a long time before it needs charging. The reason I don't give it 5 stars, is because ideally I would like the battery to last just a few more minutes, but I have to say it lasts longer than what I would have expected. It's easy to use, you don't need anything else. Forget messy wax, and shaving that doesn't last. This is clean, dry and the results last at least 1-2 weeks. Perfect.

I never thought such a simple product could change my life but seriously this has... I bought this before my holiday and it was so easy to use that it made gave me a new found confidence on the beach this year. It's the only bikini trimmer to offer an epilator head as well as a shaving head and trimming head to keep your bush fully maintained at all times!

My experience has been brilliant and I've told all my girlfriends about it, it's amazing!! And to think I used to cry with pain from waxing...

I don't normally leave comment. But I have to say this product is very thoughtful and nice design. Light weight to carry around. It comes with three types of shaving and trimming methods, easily for you to have something different sometimes! Love this product!
