Got this for peanuts and even though i recognised a few artists i was unsure of the quality for this budget release . I was delighted to discover that every track is rather special and puts the Hotel Costes and Buddha Bar compilations to shade with its selections and broad musical appeal . A hidden gem for not much money - a true delight .....Rey de Copas and the Marcos...

Lounge music as a genre is really a sort of no mans land in music. Its like dance music but cooled down enough for you not want to dance to it - for those post club nights. It has the association of being cool, but for the most part its pretty bland fare and this is no different. Got this for peanuts and even though i recognised a few artists i was unsure of the quality for this budget release . Lounge music as a genre is really a sort of no mans land in music. Its like dance music but cooled down enough for you not want to dance to it - for those post club nights. It has the association of being cool, but for the most part its pretty bland fare and this is no different. I think on buying this disc the world element might come to the fore more, but instead its the usual blandarama of lounge music with a slight ethnic twist. i would say give it a miss
