Even by Giallo standards this is trashy , sleazy and totaly un P.C.
The story line is bland but the wall to wall nudity and bloodshed is what your watching this movie for.If you are a Edwige Fenech fan or a Giallo fan then this is a must have movie.Well done to shamless for getting this passed uncut in the u.k. [and an excellent print].Shame there are no extras and I know this is realy picky but the colour tones on the DVD cover look a bit washed out compared to the german dvd release [that should tell you what a great release this is when anoraks like me nitpick about the cover].

The title of this film is not very accurate to what the film is really like, and that is a good thing. From the title, you would think that the film was about a murderer who forces women to get naked and then murders them. Maybe, getting turned on by seeing naked women get murdered. That is not what the movie is about, however. The film is slasher film and a mystery. It is about a modelling agency that is hit by a rash of murders. Yes there is a lot of nudity, but it is all very softcore. It is not just women who get murdered here but quite a few men as well. Don't get me wrong the women in it look great, but that is only a small part of the film. It is not the greatest film in the world, but it is a lot better then you would expect from hearing the title or seeing the cover.Overall, it is effective for what it is.

People are turning up brutally murdered and the police are struggling to find out who's responsible. It becomes clear that there's a link between all those killed, but will the killer be caught before anymore people perish?
This 1975 giallo starring the lovely Edwige Fenech is directed by Andrea Bianchi. Yes that's the man responsible for the truly terrible but hysterical and highly entertaining "Burial Ground", you'd be forgiven for thinking this could be an all round loser. You may be surprised to know this is actually pretty good, and Bianchi shows he's a reasonable director with some talent. The film is quite stylish with some good suspense, an OK score and it never gets boring. The gore scenes are satisfying with flesh and blood aplenty and there's some good build up to each killing. With a title like "Strip Nude For Your Killer" you won't be surprised to learn it's a very sleazy film, but I think that just adds to the trashy fun of it all. It's no way one of the best Gialli around but it's still a must own for all fans of the genre.

Not a 'classic' Giallo but great entertainment and value for money with mucho full frontal nudity, murder and mayhem.
Top billed Edwige Fenech looks fantastic either clothed or unclothed. As with so many Italian films from the 60's and 70's the music is a major component. There's a wonderfully catchy score by Berto Pisano, the film is well photographed (even though the entire crew are visible in a mirror in one shot!) and is only really let down by the silly comic interlude in the mid section with the randy fat guy (this same actor was very memorable as the greasy Turkish lawyer in the brilliant "Midnight Express" a few years later).

Excellent, crisp anamorphic 2.35:1 transfer.

'Strip Nude...' is your typical 70s Italian giallo slasher exploitation flick- nudity(mainly courtesy of the delightful Femi Benussi & Edwige Fenech), sleaze, murder, blood, gore and more dropped bodies than a one armed undertaker.
Surprisingly, it's nothing special, your average run of the mill slasher and as far as this genre goes, I'd recommend 'The New York Ripper'(another Shameless release) over this as it's classier and with more nudity, sleaze, murder and gore.

With a title like this I was very surprised there was no nudity? Just joking, from the very first frame of the film we are introduced to a gynaecologist performing an examination on a young lady. That really sets the tone of what is to follow, excessive sleaziness and obscene violence. This certainly isn't the best Italian giallo film I've ever seen. But it is probably one of the most fun. From the ridiculous characters to the cheesy 70's soundtrack. Everything in this film is over the top. The killer is a leather-clad biker. Complete with helmet and a Darth Vader-like respiratory problem. This takes any sense of tension out of the stalking scenes. The whole thing is spectacularly un-PC, women are treated like dirt and only in this film to get naked and be killed off. By far the best thing in this is the stunningly gorgeous and alluring brunette Edwige Fenech. I will be looking out for more of her work.

The blu-ray is okay, not reference quality by any stretch but decent enough in presentation. It's region free.

The low marking is for the film itself which I found episodic, dull and devoid of tension. Yes there is lots of nudity and a tiny bit of gore, but that's not enough anymore to recommend a film.

This is very good thriller film. It is almost as good as New york ripper and Torso. One of the best italian giallo thriller films.

When a model unexpectedly dies during an abortion procedure, the doctor carrying the operation out phones for help and sets it up to look like the girl died of natural causes. Shortly after this, the doctor is brutally murdered outside of his home. And so begins a string of brutal killings, all connected by a modelling agency named Albatross. One of the main suspects is Carlo (Nino Castelnuovo - who had previously starred in The Umbrellas Of Cherbourg and Rocco And His Brothers), and slightly sleezy and ambitious young photographer who we first meet hiring a model and then trying to sleep with her in a steam room. He begins to date photographer Magda (Edwige Fenech), but can he protect her from the vicious killer who seems to be bringing down Albatross single handedly?

For all the perverts out there, this is possibly the greatest film ever made. For an apparently up-market modelling agency, the models seem to get their private parts out a hell of a lot. Well I suppose they had to get the audiences in somehow, as the film has very little else going for it. Even for a giallo, the dubbing is atrociously bad. The best they could come with for the killer is to dress him/her up in a motorcycle costume and helmet. And for all the usual style of the giallo genre, the scenes of violence and gore are disappointingly tame and bloodless (and when there is blood, it's clearly just paint!). No suspense is built by the quite boring set-pieces, and the director seems to think the longer the set-piece, the more tense it will be. Another case of great title, crap film.
